Summary: But for the initial space having a clogged toilet, broken heating vent door, broken TV, and us having to slam the replacement suite door to get it locked-the stay at Element Lexington was good. The entrance to the hotel was easy to miss, especially on a snowy night. The unexpected switch also made us late for an appointment. Plusses too such the swapped room being clean and spacious. Grateful for having reusable dinnerware and the quarters felt more like a studio. Applause to the staff for the stellar breakfast full of healthy options. I would have rated this place more stars but for issues early on.

Summary: Overall had a good stay at the Element in Lexington. Room was clean and well equipped. We had a sense that the place is efficiently staffed if not well-loved. Nice daily breakfast with a lot of options including non-dairy milks. For the price point of this property the experience is very good.

Summary: For 2 of the 3 days there were no pancakes, waffles, or French Toast, nor cooked oatmeal (just packets). The yogurt/granola was good though the yogurt ran out and it took a few minutes to replace. The bagels could be better quality/taste. Also mixing up the pastries and available fruit.

Summary: The checkin was fine. but never got the heat above 67 and the property needs a little maintenance.

Summary: Breakfast choice of food was great but scrambled eggs were luke warm. Room had visible water damage in bathroom, deep scratches in floor near sofa. During our stay new water damage on ceiling appeared. This was reported to staff who simply apologized for the inconvenice, would expect more from Marriott. Design of thd room left no reasonable space to open twosuitcases. This was a studio with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa.

Summary: I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location is excellent, the staff at the front desk were warm and helpful, and the amenities were exactly what I was looking for—clean, modern, and comfortable. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The only downside was the housekeeping service. While the room was tidied daily, the bed sheets weren’t changed every day, which I would have preferred for a hotel of this standard. It’s a small detail, but it stood out during an otherwise great stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would just make sure to request daily sheet changes next time.
